The Epworth Fire Department held their annual President's Party on January 31st, 2009. Chief, Thomas I. Berger gave his annual State of The Department speech, and he presented two awards. The first award went to retired firefighter, Larry "Rocky" Connolly for 25 years of service. The second award went to the "Firefighter of The Year", Toby Hancock, for his outstanding commitment to the department.
