We would like to congratulate Epworth Fire Chief and Dubuque County Emergency Management Director, Tom Berger, for being reappointed to the Iowa State Interoperability Communications Committee. Tom was also recognized at a recent supervisors meeting as a recipient of the Emergency Management Association Certificate of Professionalism. Good job Tom!
