Iowa Firemen's Association Mid-Year Meeting

Effective at the conclusion of the 2010 convention meeting in Perry, the name will change to "The Iowa Firefighter's Association".

After voting on several amendments to Resolution 2, including an amendment to change to The Iowa Fire Association, a yes vote was reached on the original resolution. Another resolution was approved that delayed changing the name until convention in 2010.
