On Monday Feb. 28th, 2022 the Epworth Fire Department members practiced two different training scenarios. Two paramedics for the EFD, staged 2 different scenarios. One involved difficulty breathing and the other simulated a patient whose leg was crushed when the vehicles jack gave way. Members of the department practiced many different skills through this EMS training including patient care, CPR and stabilization techniques of vehicles. Epworth Fire Department members focus on EMS skills on 2 Mondays a month during the winter months spanning from November-March. T
