Resources Unite held their 2015 Dubuque Area Outstanding Volunteer Awards on Thursday, March 26th at The Grand River Center in Dubuque, Iowa.
The Epworth Volunteer Fire Department was honored with the 2015 Emergency Volunteer Award.
