DUBUQUE RACING ASSOCIATION GRANT PURCHASES NOZZLES FOR THE EPWORTH FIRE DEPARTMENT
EPWORTH, Iowa - The Dubuque Racing Association awarded the Epworth Community Fire Department a $3,500.00 grant to purchase new fire nozzles for the department. The new nozzles will replace outdated nozzles that have been in service for over 40 years. The DRA and Dubuque Greyhound Park and Casino have awarded over $37,000 to the Epworth Community Fire Department Rural Board since 2001 allowing the board to purchase much needed firefighting equipment.
