On Saturday, February 20 at approximately 8:15 AM, we responded to a two car motor vehicle accident on US Highway 20 at the IOCO Auto-Truck Plaza just west of Dubuque. Three people riding in one of the vehicles were transported to Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. The lone occupant of the other car refused treatment at the scene. We were assisted at the scene by the Centralia-Peosta Ambulance, the Dubuque County Sheriffs Department and the Iowa State Patrol. The names and conditions of the patients are not available. We were on scene for about 45 minutes.
